Last year, Torpedo Extra IPA celebrated its 10-year anniversary. To mark its anniversary, we cellared away a fresh batch for months in hand-shaped bourbon barrels before recharging the mellowed beer in its namesake, the Hop Torpedo. The result: bold, fruity hop flavour and aroma with notes of rich bourbon and vanilla from the oak.
We have managed to grab some of the very last cases from the brewery of this special release.
