First brewed by our founder Ken Grossman for an overseas culinary event in 1994, this beer was a gift meant for pairing with food. An English-style IPA, this India Pale Ale is floral, earthy and spicy–a departure from the aggressive hop bombs of today. With a biscuity malt backbone and nuanced flavor, it’s a sophisticated beer for an appreciative palate.
